What does coaching look like

We can begin with a free intro call to see if coaching feels like a good fit for you. Or we can jump right in and co-create a plan and coaching rhythm that supports your needs. Weekly, every other week, monthly or as needed are all options. One to two sessions allow you to focus on something specific, three to five sessions can explore a theme or goal, six or more sessions allow deeper work over time.

About Me

I have 35 years' experience in high tech corporate America. I have raised two children and balanced a full life with my husband. I know how hard it is to work to excel at all aspects of life at once, career, parenting, marriage, friendships and self care - it's a lot to balance.

As a mentor and professional coach, I provide space for my clients to unlock clarity in their life to excel and achieve their goals, personal and professional, while balancing mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.
